There is a growing need for RationalAir services in International Flight Operations as increasingly individual countries and Air Traffic Service Providers require that non-commercial (CFR part 91) operators demonstrate their compliance with International Flight Standards. The International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) through the expansion of Annex 6 and the European Union (through Euro Control) have recently required proof of compliance from CFR part 91 operators with these standards and practices. This includes specific approvals granted to US operators in the form of an LOA and other company procedures such as crew duty time and safety management systems that fall under the ICAO Standards And Recommended Practices (SARPS). It is critical that the International operator be able to clearly demonstrate to local authorities their compliance with these procedures and regulations.
